CAPCUT TEMPLATE TUTORIAL · CHECKED OCTOBER 29, 2026
Random Netflix Cover Template: A Two-Clip Camera-Roll Edit
This Random Netflix Cover CapCut template lists two clips in a 9:16 frame. The public preview starts with a camera-roll challenge and reveals a mock streaming cover, so prepare media that works both as an opening scene and inside a smaller cover area.
The edit is made in CapCut. PromptToVisual provides this preparation guide and does not run the template.

Counts and ratio come from the original CapCut template page, checked October 29, 2026. The clip count describes the listed segments; check the app’s replacement groups and accepted media types.
In the preview, “random” refers to using a camera-roll clip for the joke. The page does not establish an AI movie picker, a connection to your Netflix account or a real film listing. Treat the result as a personal edit and inspect which title fields are actually editable.
Availability and what we checked
The public page and creator preview were checked. We did not import personal media or export a finished video from these templates. Mobile access, account or regional restrictions, payment requirements and watermark conditions must be checked in CapCut; this guide does not promise free or watermark-free export.
For a community template, start with the mobile flow described in CapCut’s template and export help. A page opening in a desktop browser does not prove the same template can be edited there.
Pick a scene that survives the cover crop
Choose the challenge or a curated version
For the camera-roll game, use the recent clip you intend to reveal and are comfortable sharing. For a curated personal edit, choose a scene that suggests a clear mood. Do not label a carefully selected result as a random draw.
Check the whole source for private details
Review the clip for addresses, messages, other people or details you do not want in the post. Cropping the opening does not guarantee the cover section uses the same crop.
Keep the important subject central
The cover reveal uses a smaller visible area than the full vertical frame in the preview. A subject near an edge or tiny lettering can disappear when the source is fitted inside that layout.
Prepare both requested positions
Decide whether the second slot should continue the first scene or provide a clearer cover image. If CapCut allows the same file in both, preview each replacement separately; they may use different sections or framing.
Use your own sources or media you have permission to edit. Check the selected music and template conditions for the way you plan to publish the result.
Plan the scene and the reveal separately

Make the edit in CapCut
CapCut documents selecting media, previewing, replacing or cropping exposed segments and exporting in its mobile template workflow. Apply that workflow to this version as follows; the steps below are guidance, not a claimed completed export.
Open Grace’s original template
Confirm template ID 7418875957643152646 and the two-clip count. A similarly named poster generator or another CapCut edit is a different workflow.
Fill the opening and reveal positions
Use the media types the picker permits. Check each position after import; selecting one file does not prove that both slots are filled as intended.
Inspect the two crops
Play the opening, then pause on the cover reveal. Adjust the exposed crop or source section so the main subject remains recognizable in both.
Check the title controls
Edit a title or caption only if a text field is available. A mock title visible in the creator’s preview is not proof that your version can automatically invent or replace it.
Export and verify the reveal
Review the app’s current conditions before exporting. Watch the saved video to confirm the transition, ending and visible text; share it as a personal mock-cover edit, not an actual Netflix release.
Check the result before sharing
- Both source positions show the intended content.
- The subject remains recognizable inside the cover area.
- Any remaining fixed text is acceptable for your post.
- The saved result is presented as a playful edit rather than a real listing.
When this template fits
Use it for a weekend recap, a camera-roll challenge or a joke with friends. If you need a real movie recommendation or an original editable poster file, this particular two-slot video template does not establish that capability.
If the template will not open
Check the exact template ID, your app version and whether you are signed in. The public page can remain visible while an editing option is unavailable to an account or region. Follow CapCut’s missing-template guidance; do not assume a same-name replacement has identical clips, timing or ratio.
If the original is unavailable, keep your prepared sources and choose another edit only after checking its own requirements. There is no substitute generator attached to this page.
Common questions
Does this upload my video to Netflix?
No Netflix publishing workflow is provided by this guide. The referenced CapCut preview depicts a mock streaming cover inside a video edit, not a real title added to a Netflix account or catalogue.
Does the template choose a random movie for me?
The preview uses a camera-roll challenge and a mock cover. We found no evidence here of an AI movie recommendation or a live connection to a film catalogue.
Can I use the same source twice?
If CapCut permits it, you can try the same source in both requested positions. Review each slot because its crop, timing or visible cover area may differ. The public two-clip count does not by itself guarantee automatic duplication.
Can I rename the cover title?
Only when the template exposes that text as editable. Check before spending time on the rest of the edit. If it is fixed, choose a separate editable layout rather than assuming the title will be generated from your footage.
