By using PromptToVisual, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with content you have the right to submit. You remain responsible for how you use and publish generated results.

Credits and checkout

Creator and Pro are recurring subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans charge once per year while credits are released monthly. Free credits expire after 30 days. Creator subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly grant period; Pro credits can roll over for one additional month. Paid subscription credits are issued only after signed Stripe confirmation. Failed or rejected generation jobs refund reserved credits once.

Free access limits

The ordinary trial provides four credits and up to two successful images, depending on the selected model. It is one trial per person and browser; shared networks have a 24-hour free-access limit. Free generation can also pause when the daily free budget is full, resetting at 00:00 UTC. A blocked request is not queued and does not spend credits. Paid credits are not subject to these free-access limits. Contact support if a shared network incorrectly prevents your trial. Separately approved review credits may have a different allowance.

Prohibited use

Do not generate or upload illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive, infringing or abusive content; attempt to bypass safety or rate limits; interfere with the service; or use another person's identity or private data without permission.

Availability and refunds

AI outputs vary and are not guaranteed to match every prompt. Contact support@prompttovisual.com about duplicate charges or service failures. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service changes

We may change models, safety rules or credit costs for future jobs. A job's credit cost is shown before submission. Material term changes will be posted here before they take effect.
