EVENTS · DIGITAL INVITATIONS
AI event posters.
Start with the details.
Give your coffee tasting, workshop or community event a visual invitation. Add the essential details, then turn the brief into a single digital poster in the image studio.
Qwen Image 3 Pro is our text-and-layout recommendation. Review the editable prompt before generating; each generation uses 3 credits.

MAKE THE MESSAGE READABLE
Three steps from invitation to image
Keep the brief short
Use one event title, one date-and-time line and a venue. Put long agendas, ticket links and accessibility details in the message accompanying your poster.
Generate a clear layout
Open the studio with the brief and portrait ratio already selected. Review the model, prompt and credit cost, then choose Generate. A short headline and generous margins give the text more room.
Proofread at phone size
Check spelling, date, time and address against your source. View the image small enough to resemble a phone feed. If something is wrong, use the result as a reference to request a correction, then check again.
A BRIEF YOU CAN ADAPT
One event. One clear invitation.
The coffee-tasting example gives the model a hierarchy rather than a long paragraph to squeeze into the image. For a workshop, change the title, time, venue and illustration direction. Avoid adding text that attendees do not need at a glance.
Check these before sharing
- Does the title match the event name?
- Are the day, date, time and venue accurate?
- Is small text readable on a phone?
- Has the model invented a logo or extra details?
The brief is guidance, not a guarantee of accurate lettering. Corrections are separate generations and use the selected model's credits.
Questions before you create
Can I make a poster with my own event text?
Yes. Add your title, date, time and venue to the brief. The model attempts to place that text into a generated image. Spelling and layout can vary, so manually verify all details before sharing.
Is the result ready for professional printing?
This page is for digital images. It does not provide editable text layers, print-ready PDF, CMYK, bleed settings or guaranteed A3/A4 dimensions. The studio's 4:5 portrait ratio is a shape, not a paper-size specification.
Can I fix a word or change the background?
Use “Use as reference to edit” on a result or saved history image, describe the change, and generate again. The original stays in history. This is image editing, not direct editing of individual text layers; other details may also change.
Which model and how many credits?
This page recommends Qwen Image 3 Pro at 3 credits per generation. You can review or change the model in the studio. See current plans. Generating requires an account and enough credits; preparing the brief does not.
