Privacy Policy

PromptToVisual processes the information needed to provide your account, generate images, deliver private files and complete credit purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we process

This includes your Google account email, account identifiers, prompts, generation settings, job status, credit balance, generated files, security signals and limited transaction identifiers. Stripe handles payment-card details; PromptToVisual does not store them.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, database and private object storage; Runware for image generation; Google for sign-in; and Stripe for checkout and payment confirmation. Each provider processes only the data required for its service.

Essential security

We use a signed browser cookie lasting up to 180 days and hashed network identifiers to limit repeated free trials. A shared IP is not proof of a shared identity. These safeguards do not use advertising fingerprints. Contact support if a shared network blocks your trial.

Optional analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive privacy-filtered usage events and technical session data so we can understand acquisition and improve the product. Prompts, email addresses and generated images are excluded. If you choose Essential only, these analytics tools are not loaded.

Retention and control

Account and generation records are retained while needed to operate the service, protect against abuse and meet legal obligations. You may request access or deletion by emailing support@prompttovisual.com. We may retain payment and security records when legally required.

Children and acceptable content

The service is not intended for children under 13. We block unsafe prompts and use Runware or the selected model provider's moderation controls before delivering generated outputs.
