If a request is still processing, recover that request instead of submitting it again. If it fails, read its status and credit outcome before retrying. A successful image you choose to regenerate is a new 6-credit generation.

Can I add a border without changing my face?

This workflow regenerates pixels. If your face must remain exactly unchanged, use a photo editor that adds a border without AI regeneration.

Is this an official Polaroid product?

No. PromptToVisual is an independent service. “Polaroid-style” describes the familiar instant-photo aesthetic.
