A few useful details.

Can I get an editable vector or SVG file?

This workflow produces a PNG image. A cartoon or vector-like appearance does not make it an editable vector file.

Can I change the cartoon style?

Yes. Edit the brief to describe the linework, colours and shading you want. The default is an original 2D cartoon style; other looks need their own result check.
