MAKE IT YOURS

Start with a clear brief.

One portrait, pet or object photo

Choose a simple scene with one clear subject. Describe the hair, clothing, markings or object shape that should remain recognizable. The example uses an existing synthetic adult portrait.

JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 5 MB per photo. The studio will ask you to choose your photo after you continue.

Default output: 1024 × 1024. You can change the image ratio in the studio.

Preparing the prompt is free. Continuing does not generate or charge credits. Sign in, upload your photos and review the 6-credit cost before choosing Generate in the studio.

CHECK BEFORE SHARING

Look closely at the result.

The model redraws the scene and may simplify or change facial and clothing details. The result is a digital PNG with a crayon look, not a physical drawing or editable brush strokes. This page converts photos into drawings; it does not turn a sketch into a real photograph.

  • Waxy grain and uneven marks are visible instead of smooth vector fills
  • The subject, key clothing colours and main outline are still recognizable
  • The requested subject fits inside the paper margins without extra objects

From photo to download.

  1. Prepare. Edit the brief above and continue. Choose your reference photo in the image studio.
  2. Generate. Check Nano Banana 2.1, the references, ratio and 6-credit cost. Submit once and wait for that request to finish.
  3. Inspect and save. Compare the faces or object details, then download the PNG from the result. Successful jobs remain in your history.

If a request is still processing, recover that request instead of submitting it again. If it fails, read its status and credit outcome before retrying. A successful image you choose to regenerate is a new 6-credit generation.

A few useful details.

How is this different from the cartoon effect?

The crayon brief asks for rough, waxy marks and visible paper. The cartoon page uses clean outlines and flat shading. Both redraw the source and can change details.

Can I print the drawing?

You can download the PNG and choose a print size that suits its resolution. Printing and physical delivery are not included.
